Calcutta, Dec. 20. Realisation of the £7000 fine imposed on the Chittagong* inhabitants for their failure to assist the authorities to apprehend terrorists, started yesterday following the refusal of Mr Anderson Bengal Governoi*, to remit or postpone collection.
