-By Telegraph — Copyright).

Rec. Dec. 20, 9.40 p.m. London, Dec. 20. Acting on counsel's advice, circulated telegraphically 2170 totalisator clubs in London closed last night before the first greyhound race was timed to start. The Daily Telegraph understands that totalisators on all the licensed tracks will cease operating to-night.
