-By Telegraph — Copyright).
Rec. Dec. 20, 9.40 p.m. London, Dec. 20. Acting on counsel's advice, circulated telegraphically 2170 totalisator clubs in London closed last night before the first greyhound race was timed to start. The Daily Telegraph understands that totalisators on all the licensed tracks will cease operating to-night. Parliament, when it re-assembles next February, will be asked to pass a bill legalising* the totalisator on greyhound tracks.
