MANY NEW ZEALANDERS STRANDED IN SYDNEY

Wellington, Monday. As a result of advice received from Mr. L. J. Schmitt, New Zealand Trade Commissioner at Sydney, the Government warns people intending to migrate to Australia in the hope of obtaining employment, to make provision for the return passage in the event of not obtaining employment. Mr. Schmitt says that the number of stranded New Zealanders assking assistanco from him is great er than ever.
