London, Dec. 16. In his address to the Glasgow Chamber of Commerce, Mi\ S. M. Bruce, the Australian Minister in Britain said that Australia would quite possibly attempt during this period of cheap money to convert some of her higher-priced securities and he hoped that every British investor who was offered lower inter•est would accept.
