BELGIAN DEFAULT
Rec. Dec. 14, 7.0 p.m. Washington, Dec. 13. Officials expressed considerable eoncern at the decision of the Belgian Cabinet to make default, and the precarious position of . M. Herriot's Cabinet, which many fear would not weather to-night's . debate in the Chamber of Deputies. Most admit that the fall of Cabinet would further complicate the situation. Routine debt pote answers were deliyered to the Belgian Ainbagsador and Czecho-Slovakian Minister in the same phraseology, and denied the suspension of cUrrent payments.
