Wellington, Tuesday. William Schluter, who escaped from Mount Eden, Gaol on April 29 and was recaptured near Hunterville, where he was posing as a fisherman, appeared before Mr. E. Page, S.M., and was charged with heing an incorrigible rogue in that he escaped from a place of legal confinement. He was remanded for a week.
