Rec. Dec. 13, 8.0 p.m. Amsterdam, Dec. 13. An unknown German, armed with a revolver, and a bowie knife, was discovered in a cellar of the ex-Kaiser's residence. It is believed that he intended assassination. The man was overpowered after vigorous resistance. He refused to make any statement.
