Wellington, Thursday. Decision was reserved hy Mr. Justice MacGregor in the Supreme Court at the eonclusion of the hearing of the case in which William Lysnar claims £50,919 9s from the National Bank of New Zealand, and the bank counter-claims for £71,990 3s lOd.
