Dunedin, Thursday. The death oecurred suddenly this afternoon uf the Rev. Professor Wiltiam Ilewitson, aged 72 years. Mr. Ilewitson had charge of Knox Ohurch from 1805 to 1908. He was then appointed Master and Professor of pract.ieal training at Knox Coliege, the offieial training institution of the Presbyterian churches of the Oominion. He remained there for 20 years.
