NEW MEN WANTED
THE AUSTRALIAN TEAM O bydney, Dec. 7. The morning papers urge the selectors to choose new men for the seconcl Test, men who have courage (and ability to stand up to Tast bowling. The Telegraph's cricket writer says that only six of the present team should be included in the next test — McCabe, Fingleton, Richardson, Wall, O'Reilly and Oldfield. Even the pilot, Woodfull, should be thrown overboard. He did not look like getting runs at any stage of either innings. O'Brien, Nitsehk^, Oxenham and Hird are suggested for the second Test by several critics. It is generaily agreed that EngIand's victory was due to Larwood's great bowling. At the same time the Australian batsmen revealed very poor form.
