Sydney, Dec. 6. An air force aeroplane nose-dived 3000 feet during a for.ced landing at Richmond aerodrome to-day. FlyingOfficer Blaney was killed and his mechanic was slightly injured. Blaney, who has been two years in the_ air force, was a skilled pilot. He ^ is a son of General G. A. Blaney, Victorian Commissioner of Police. He had been visiting the city for the test match.
