NATURAL CAUSES VERDICT RETURNED AT INQUEST The verdict at the inquest into the circumstances surrounding the death of Muturangi Allison, a child aged four years, who died at Raukokore on November 28, was that death was from natural causes. The boy's father gave evidence to the effect that the child had awakened about 12.30 a.m. and struggled and'twisted as though he was choking. The father bathed liis head with cold water and the child' grew quiet. The child was put back into bed and Dr. Scott was communicated with by telephone. His directions were followed without effect and the child died at 1.50 a.m.
