CYCLE ACCIDENT

Napier, Tuesday. Failure of the brake of his hicyble to respond when he was eycling dbwn Goldsmith Road, this afternoon, resulted in Harold Ruegg, aged 30 years, married, residing at William Street, Takapuna, Sfecond engineer of the Poolta, sustaining severe ;concussion. Mr; Ruegg was taken to hospital and was reported to-night to be improvihg.
