Rec. Nov. 27, 7.0 p-m. New York, Nov. 26. A message from New York states that Mr. Henry Ford was stricken suddenly with the first serious illness of his 69 years. Mr. Ford underwent an emergency operation this afternoon for strangulated femoral hernia, and was reported to he resting well afterward-
