MASONIC GATHERING
LORD BLEDISLOE INSTALLED AGAIN AS GRAND MASTER Auckland, Wednesday. The annual communication of the Masonic Grand Lodge of New Zealand took place at Auckland to-day. There was a large attendance of representatives from every part of the Dominion. The Governor-General, Lord Bledisloe, was re-elected and installed as Grand Master. Mr. M. Thompson, past Grand .Master, paid a warm tribute to the services rendered to Free Masonry in New. Zealand by four representatives of the King: Lord Plunket, Earl Jellicoe, Sir Charles Fergusson and tqrd Bledisloe. Mr. S. S. Allen, of Matamata, was appointed prp-Grand Master. A long lisjb of further elected officers submitted by the Board of General Purposes, was approved- Mr. A. Burns, junior, was appointed Grand Registrar. The next annual communication will be.held in Dunedin. The . installation of Lord Bledisloe took place at the Town Hall to-night before an attendance of 2500, the ceremony being an impressive one.
