DISARMAMENT
GERMANY'S RETURN DEPENDS ON THE FRENCH ATTITUDE Rec. Nov. 22, 11 p.m. London, Nov. 22. Sir John Simon and Herr Hitler had a lengthy conference to-day regarding Germany's return to the disarmament conference. It is understood that Herr Neurath said the decision depended on France falling into line with Great Britain.
