Paris, Nov. 20/ Prior to the passage of a heavilyladen slow train preceding that conveying M. Herriot to Nantes for the Franco-Breton Unity Commemoration a bomb explosion wrecked both tracks at Guerande Sun Hoire. A plate-layer heard the explosion anc[ stopped the traffic. Wreckers are believed to be responsible. M. Herriot was warmly congratulated on his escape.
