"JUST, BUT IMPOSSIBLE." Rec. Nov. 17, 7.3^ p.m. New York, Nov. 16. An important pronouncement on the debt situation canie to-day rom Mr. Louis Taber, head of the National Grange, the most important farmers organisation in America and from Mr. Thomas Lamont of the J.P. Morgan company. The former advocated postp>onement of eollection of interest charges for a brief period, and a limited reduction of products. The latter declared that the dehts were. "certainly just, hut impossible," and payment would choke the channels of world trade.
