Invercargill, Monday. Prior to the departure of the "mystery train," on Sunday a special church service was conducted &£ the railway station hy the vicaf of All Saints', Rev. K. D. An dr e ws-B axtei* . Saying that Christ was not of the namby-pamby type, the vi'ear expressed the opinion that if He' were on earth to-day He would enter "into sport. He would play like a true man, but He would not omit to go* into' th'e inner Court. Man was not" made for the Sabbath, but the Sabbath fqr the man. Some spent the SundayS Wfving about in their cars, others in reading, walking, or taking part in sport. So long as their conseierice *was right no harm was done, and the. only way to secure peace of mind* was to go frequently into the Innef Coqrb of the Temple. Three hymns were sung, in which the excursionists joined.
