London, November 2. Mr. W. T. Cosgrave, Leader of the Dail censured the Government for its failure to adjust its differenee with Britain, and condemned the pursuit of a policy which is grievously injuring agriculture and exports, causing heavy losses to the eommunity, and gravely increasing unemployment. The motion will be debated on Nov■ember 9 and may eause the defeat' of the Government, although everything depends on the attitude of the Labourites.
