HITLER MAY RECEIVE A SETBACK AT ELECTIONS

Rec. Oct. 31, Berlin, Oct. 30. There is a general feeling that the twilight of Hitlerism has arrived, and the Nazis are expected to lose many seats at the election next Sunday. It is believed that Herr von Papen's plans for the reform of the constitution include raising the voting age from 20 to 25, thus disfranchising about 6,000,000, depriving the extreme parties- — the Hitlerites and the Communists — of their mainstay, the young voter. ^
