Napier, Thursday. The information was dismissed by the Magistrate, Mr. Hewitt this mcirhing when George Bruce Bolt, -a pilot, of Wellington, was charged with plying for hire with an aeroplane at Napier on a Sunday. , ... x.us Worship pointed out that Magistrate s in other parts of the Doittiftion had given varying decisions on Similar cases, and he was not prepar'bd to add another to these. In his opinion th'e case should go before a higher court for a definite ruling. It is expected the police will • appeal. .
