FASCIST ITALY MUSSOLINI RECORDS TEN YEARS OF STATE ' REFORMS INCREASED PRODUCTION

-By Telegrapli — Copyrlght).

Rec. Oct. 27, 8.40 p.m. Londonj October 27. ' Signor Mussolini, in an article in ■ the Daily Telegraph on "Teii Years ;of Fascism," says that the regime is jnot satisfied with mere making of ilaws, but has deeper responsibilities. It has permeated the life' of— the people and ereated an epoch in Ital!ian history, whose influence will be jfelt by the succeeding generations. If he wished to make aTnoral bud- | get, it would be sufiicient to point to jthe increased wheat production oi 75,150,000 quintals thus raising the yield from four to six quintals per acre. "We could say," he said, "that w'6 made Italy almost independent -of foreign wheat. We cotild enumerate our vast public worlcs and our great reforms. We have no strikes, but we have a producing and an industrious working class. There is not a single State in the whole world which could point to equal achievements. In all States the activities of Fascism is destined to live and it is a living spirit like the spirit of Cromwell."
