Sydney, October 26. Despite the unemployed ultimatum that unless the dole questionnaire was withdrawn the men, woxxld "take the dole," the State Government has announced that it insists upon the use of the questionnaire. A big meeting of unemployed at Cessnock last night urged the miners to strike, but the miners' leaders, while in sympathy with' the fight against the questionnaire, pleaded with the men to keep the mines working. A contingent of 158 police has heen drafted to cessnock.
