IN STITUTION IN ROME. The director of tropical medicine at the Ross Institute has returned to London from Rome, whera he has just founded th'e Rome School of Tropical and Sub-tropical Diseases. For his work last year Sir Aldo Castellani received the Mussolini prize of £500, which was handed to him a few weeks ago by the Duee. To enable the new head of the Rome School to retain his various posts in London and New Orleans, the Italian Government has passed a special law which permits the founder of th'e school to continue his activities abroad. He will spend three months in every year in Rome.
