Wellington, Tuesday. The Wellington Racing Cluh is certain to be a heavy financial loser over the meeting just concluded. The stakes it' provided for the two days totalled £3790, and to pay this sum the club will have to dip well into reserves, for its gfoss share of the totalisator turnover amounts only to £3433, and the net sum, after deducting totalisator working expenses, will only he about £2800.
