Gisborne, Saturdaq. The inquest on Mrs. Minnie Duncombe, who was killed in a crossing collision yesterday, was opened, and was adjourned after evidence of identification had been given by her husband, who stated that deceased possessed very good eyesight and hearing. The condition of Mrs. Earnshaw and her daughter, who were. injured in the collision, has slightly improved, but both are still seriously ill.
