A novel use was found for a motor wrecking car in the Thames district recently. Two pedigree Jersey bulls wandered off the road at the Kauaeranga Bridge on the Kopu Road to obtain a drink and got hopelessly bogged. The services of the winding gear of the car had to be employed to haul them out.
