TIKI GOLD
RICH SPECIMEN SENT TO WELLINGTON FOR INSPECTION Thames, Thursday. A rich' specimen of stone from the find at Tiki Hill, Coromandel, has been serit to the Mines Department, Wellington for inspection. Messrs Chaponan and Son. have temporarily ceased operations on the drive where gold was found, and are now working opposits on the northern side of the Waiau Creek, where a well-defined reef has been picked up.
