Ottawa, October 15. As the first stepdn the Dominion-'s unemployed relief programme the Government lannounces a 1,500,000 dollar (£300,000) loan, without- interest, to th'e Canadian -Paeific Railway to keep 8000 -rep'airmen- employed until the end of the year.
