Sydney, Oct. 15. An amalgamation -is annonnced between Greater Union Theatres, Ltd., and- Ho-yts Theatres, Ltd. . , , . From January 1 next the-y will operate as a single organisation, to be known as the General Theatres Corporation of Australasia, Ltd. The capital of the new company will be £5,000,000.
