Note Rule 14. — Every candidate for election as president, vice-presidents (2), and treasurer, shall he proposed in writing by at least two members of the Association, and such proposal signc-d by such two members and consented to hy the candidate shall be deposited with the secretary, box 53, -at least three clear days before the annual meeting.
