Little Coila Barrowman, of Ngongotaha, entertained a number of her friends at her home on Wednesday afternoon, in honour of her sixth hirthday. The drawing room was tastefully decorated with pink and blue streamers and fefris. The afternoon was spent in games, competitions, etc., the winners being : — Misses Lily Cormay and Ruby Martin. Among those present were: — Misses Yvonne and Frarices Marcroft, Lily Gormay, Peggy Prisk, Doris Black, Alice Burney, Jean and Glaire Reidy, Nada Paynton, Mary Turton, Olna Beaumont, Jean Alcock, Shirley Bascomhe, Aileen and Thelma Casey, Masters Leslie MaUrice, Lyndon and Rex Marcroft, Allan and Billy Craig, Ronnie Patterson, Joe Beaumont, Russel Geard, Neville and Laurie Black and Donald Barrowman.
