It is estimated that jewellery valued at £350 has been stolem from the different premises. Tho most .audacicus of ihe ihefts occurred last evening ivhen the rocidonce cf Mr. Charles Purdy was burgledl while he was absent in his nmarfeet garden. Jewellery in a safe and in a jev/el cabinet, and valued at £100 was stolen. Jewellery valued at £30 was stolen the same evenir?g from the residence of Mr. F. C. Harris, at St. Aibans.
