LABOUR AND FARM LANDS
London, October 6. The Labour conference passed a resolution in favour of the national ownership of farm lands and of cooperative cultivation with boards to control imports and priees. It was contended that this system would increase home production, give more employment on the land and better
wages and ^conditions.
