HOSPITALS' LOTTERY
London, October 6. The Daily Express says the British Hcspitals' Association has accepted an oxfer of 25 per cent of the proeecds of a Continental lottery, on eondition that .the promoters' expenses do not exceed two per cent. of the total raised. It is intendcd to use the proceeds for expansion, not maintenance.
