LONELY DEATH
ON COUNTRY RQAD RETURNED SOLDIER FOUND DEAD IN CART. SUFFERER FROM ANA^MIA. Katopmha, Saturday. The body of a man was found sitting in a covered eart by Zatoomha police this afternoon, three. miles out of the town. In one of his poekets they found a returned soldier's discharge, in the name of John Parker. Tlie discovery was the outcome of police investigation of a report, received about two o'clock, that a horse had been tied to .a tree just off Whipeord Hill since yesterday. Sergeant A. J. Muir, With Constables Stedman and Curtain found the hody. A hurricane lamp was alight in the cart. Dr. Dark stated that death had taken place during the early hours of the morning. . On Thursday the man called at the police station here and stated to Constable Curtain that he was suffering from pernicious anaemia, and was going out west to a warmer climate. Endeavours are heing made to traee the man's relatives.
