CANADIAN BUFFALO PUTS ON WRONG COAT. Montreal, Saturday. A Cana„dian buffalo and an Austraian calendar appear to disagree as to just which are tlxe winter months. At least that is the case with one nxenxbef of that animal family who was sent from her native home in Canada to Port Adelaide in Australia several years ago. , Thq buffalo so far has persisted in garbing herself in a winter coat in : an Australian summer, and promptly sheds it at the beginning of an Australian winter. * This is due to the fact that the Australian seqsqns occur at oppsite ends of the calendar to those at Canada, and the authorities are wondering when the .animal ,will .adapt her chahge of attire to the altered conditions.
