FREE STATE CATTLE
London, Sept. 30. In order to enable the farmers to carry on despite the British duties, the Free State Government has declared a bounty of 12! per cent. on cattle leaving Free State ports, and of 10 per cent. on those crossing the border into Northern Ireland.
