SYDNEY FRAUD CASE
Sydney, Sept. 28, In conneetion with tlie Tivoli theatres fraud allegations, the Magistrate, after a lengthy hearing, acquitted and discharged the three defendants, Mr. H. B. Mclntosh, Mr. Covell and Mr. W. J. Curtis, K.C. The three defendants, all well-known business men, were charged with fraud and eonspiracy in conneetion witlio funds of the Tivoli theatre company.
