Paris, Sept. 27. There was a heavy shortage in Frarice's foreign trade fot the first eight months of the year. All the imports were £160,000,000 being £8O,0O0,0o0 beiow the correspohding period of iast- year, and the exports were ^104^-000, 000 compared with £168,000,000.
