HERR HlTLER'S OUTBURST
— By Telegr.npli — Copyrlght)
Munich, Sept. 26. "This is insolence carried too far; it is ohe lie after another," declared Herr Hitler, the leader of the Nazis, in an article in the National Observer attacking M. Herriot's (the French Premier) speech. Herr Hitler adds: "M. Herriot is trying to twist Germany's desire to train youths into a desire for war preparations. We are astonished by the impertinenee and hypocrisy of the French statesmen who wilfully misrepresent facts. "In view of France's attitude in the past decade, it was a mistake for Herr von Papen (the German Chancellor) to raise the question of disarmament with Paris. When the Nazis govern the Reich things will be diffe'rent."
