A great future for British films is predieted in a review of production^, reeently reeeived from London *hy the Association of British Manufacturers. Although there was an in1 flux of American coir - mies into EngJ land during 1931 and 1932, there had i been no startling dev lopments in con-
sequence; in fact, the presence of these companies had provided an ineentive to British companies. England was forging ahead in the production of films which deal with eommereial, industrial and educational sabjects, and of dramatic pictures, In order to assist a proper appreciation of British pictui'es, the manrgement of the Majestic Theatre has arranged an All-British programm'e for screening in Rotorua next week.
