Hostilities are proceeding at Laichow and Laiyang. Foreign mission:.ries have evacuated both places. This civil war between rival war Tords, Haufuchu and Liuclien Nien, goes on in spite of the Government's urgent request to th.em to submit .heir territorial disputes for peaceful rettlement at Nanking.
