The outward cargo consists of 3000 hoxes of butter and 12,000 feet of timber ex Te Whaiti. The boat will sail for Auckland at 2 p.m. to-day. The monthly pay-out to suppliers of the Rangitaiki plains dairy factory on September 20, was superfine, lOd and first grade 9id per lb. The whole district is in very fine heart at present, the landscape bearing a changed appearance during the last fortnight. There is now abundance of feed everywhere and paddocks are already being closed up for hay. Most of the cows are in, and indications point to a further increase in the record output of last season.
