Masj ters, in regard to probationers and i training college students were notified j to the Hawlce's Bay Education Board: I (1) No prohationers will be appointed | in 1933. (2) With the exception of | the four or five student-teachers from . technical schools, no Division A students will be admitted to the trainj ing colleges in 1933. All qualified Dij vision C students, i.e., graduates, will be admitted to the college. (4) Not more than 25 of the present secondyear students will be granted thirdyear studentships for specialisation purposes.
