Madrid, Sept. 18. One hundred and one Royalist military officers and civilians including two dukes, twelve marquises, eight counts, a priest, a doctor, and a banker, have been deported to Afriea on board an old German cargo steamer which was interned in wartime. All the Anarchists who were deported last February have returned.
