London, Sep. 14. The Daily Herald says that Mr. Ramsay MacDonald and Sir John Simon received Mr. Andrew Mcllon and Senatof Reed at No. 12 Downing Street. 'It is presumed that war debts will be among the subjects of interest diseussed with the American delegates.
