TWO MORE APPOINTMENTS MADE BY MR. STEVENS Sydney, Sept. 14. Mr. B. S. B. Stevens, the State Prernier, has announced two additional appointments to the Upper House, nameiy Mr. F. H. Tout, ex-president of the Graziers' Association, and Mr. T. S. Gordon, cliairman and managing director of Messrs. Birt and Company. It is explained that the Governor, (Sir Philip Game), has agreed to 19 appointments, including the 17 already made.
