TRAIN ROBBERS
Tokio, Sept. 13. On Sunday night, bandits removed rails, wrecking a train from Changchow, 40 miles south of Harbin, and killing four Japanese. The bandits robbed the passengers and captured several, six of whom are reported to be Europeans.
